1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Viva Bella Salon & Beauty Lounge website or making an appointment you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

2. Services

Viva Bella Salon & Beauty Lounge ("Viva Bella," "we," "our") provides professional beauty and cosmetology services at 4963 Broadway, New York, NY 10034, including haircuts, coloring, nail services, waxing, skincare, and makeup application. Service availability is subject to change without notice.

3. Appointments & Cancellations

• Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
• Late cancellations (under 24 hours) or no-shows may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
• Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.
• We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to staff availability or safety concerns.

4. Promotional Offers

The "50% Off First Visit" promotion is valid for new clients only, on a single visit of any service. The discount applies to the service total before taxes. Cannot be combined with other promotions or redeemed for cash. Viva Bella reserves the right to modify or terminate promotions at any time.

5. Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and select digital payment platforms. Prices are starting prices and may vary based on hair length or complexity. Final pricing is communicated before service begins.

6. Health & Safety

• Clients must disclose known allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to service.
• Patch tests are available upon request and strongly recommended for first-time color clients.
• We reserve the right to refuse service for health, safety, or behavioral reasons.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

Notify us within 48 hours if you are unsatisfied. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue at no additional charge. Refunds are not provided once a service is completed, but adjustments may be offered.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viva Bella shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages. Our liability shall not exceed the total paid for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.

General Policy

Due to the personal nature of beauty services, all sales are generally final once a service is completed. Viva Bella does not issue cash refunds for services rendered. However, client satisfaction is our highest priority and we will work with you to make things right.

Service Adjustments

If unsatisfied, contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We offer a complimentary adjustment for:

• Haircuts (trim, shape correction)
• Color services (tone adjustment, blending)
• Nail services (chip repair, reshaping)

Adjustments do not apply to changes in preference after service completion.

Product Returns

Retail products may be returned within 14 days if unopened and in original condition. Opened products may be exchanged for store credit if there is a documented allergic reaction.

Prepaid Packages

Non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person or applied to a different service of equal or lesser value within 6 months of purchase.
